How to request deletion

Email support@fishingmemoirs.com with the subject Delete my account, from the email address you use to sign in. If you sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us the nickname shown in your profile instead and we will confirm your identity with you.

We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile: nickname and avatar
• All your catches, including photos, locations and notes
• Your videos and Keep collection
• Your comments, likes and follows
• Your notification tokens and usage counts

What is kept

• Copies in our providers' backups, which expire on their regular cycle
• Short-lived server logs kept for security
• Records we must keep by law, if any
